I just received a thank you from Thoriso Mashego, webmaster of Mashcor Real Estate forum!

He wanted to thank me and all of you for your support and great posts. The real estate forum is only 3 months old but over has over 61 members signed up and over 40 topics opened for discussion.

You have been brilliant and I just wanted to thank you all. There have been some spammers who tried to post links without contributing but Thoriso caught them in time. I hope you were not put off by them. The posts in the forum will have to be approved before they appear but it takes less than 24 hours generally.

Good luck and enjoy. Keep joining and posting. The community will continue to grow exponentially and you will be seen as the early members with authority on the forum. Later in the year Thoriso promises to build a massive advertising network with the forum as his focus that will serve you if you wish to buy, sell or rent property from other members. There are so many misconceptions out there about fat loss. Unfortunately for all the ‘joe plumbers’ out there, it seems like everyday a new weight loss gimmick pops up promising instant results, a trim waist line, and 6 pack abs.

As a Phd researcher in nutrition I can tell you that no weight loss gimmick will deliver you the fat loss results that you desire. What is really ironic is that what works for losing weight now, was the same thing that worked 100 years ago.

It makes sense though right? Our genome hasn’t changed in 100 years so why would what works for weight loss change? It hasn’t. Sure 100 years ago there were diet gimmicks just like now (except back then they were more dangerous - tape worms anyone?).

Now, I’m not saying that you can’t lose weight fast. No, no that isn’t the case. But I cringe everyday when I see the ads online that say “I lose 20lbs in 2 weeks with no diet and no exercise. Click here to find out how.” That’s garbage. Let me tell you this. You CAN lose weight fast. You can lose 20lbs in 4 weeks if you dedicated yourself to being perfect with your diet and training really hard.

I once heard a famous obesity researcher say “Losing weight isn’t hard. There is no mystery there. What is really hard is keeping the weight off.” So think about that next time you go on a fat loss diet. You can take the weight off a hundred different ways. But will you be able to keep it off?

4. You will need to find a topic that is high in demand and low in supply. This will be your specialized or niche market. You will do better with a specialized or niche market because you may be able to completely do away with the competition. Narrow your list down to about five markets, then go through the list again. Figure out which one would fit into a niche market for you.

Establishing your USP:

Now you need to work out your unique selling point or USP. This is what will make your product different and completely unique from all the other sellers. Many businesses don’t get their USP nailed and find that the competition will put them out of business. You can’t neglect it in the competitive world of Internet selling.

It is very important to set yourself apart from the competition for 2 reasons:

1. Beat out the competition

2. Tell the customers you will get why you are better than your competition.

Deciding on your business model:

Cell Phone Battery Charger

Here is how it works:

When the voltage on the emitter of Q1 rises a little over 1.5 volts, both transistors turn on quickly, snapping on due to the positive feedback through R5 and C2. The current increases in L1 through Q2 until the voltage across the cell drops somewhat below 1.5 volts.

The circuit then switches off quickly and the voltage on the collector of Q2 jumps up, turning on D1, allowing the inductor current to flow into the battery. Once the inductor has discharged into the battery, the process starts over.

The circuit can charge higher voltage batteries without any circuit changes since the voltage will jump up quite high on the collector when the transistors turn off. The circuit should not be operated without a battery attached. For a little more efficiency, increase R5 in proportion to the voltage increase on the battery.

(For example, double R5 for charging a 12 volt battery.) A NiCad battery was chosen because they are particularly forgiving of overcharging, simply converting the excess current into heat.
